All cuts are vacuum packed and frozen for freshness.
Today's deposit to reserve your share is $200.00. The final price will reflect the hanging weight of the animal, calculated at $5.25 per pound, plus the cost of processing.

Processing & Buthering
Processing fees by our USDA licensed processor will be in addition and paid directly to the processor. Final processing fees will depend on your specifications, but are expected to be around $400.
