What our guests are saying...
Ayesha, Austin, TX
"The GOOD LIFE, indeed. I can’t think of a more perfect name for La Vida Buena Acres, a peaceful, pastoral paradise, nestled midway between Dallas and Waco. This tranquil retreat is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city living, reminding you to slow down, breathe in the fresh country air, and cherish the simplicity and beauty of mother nature..."
Nate, Des Moines, IA
"Safe to say this was my best Airbnb experience yet. Shanna and Ricardo are excellent hosts and just all-around great people, super open-minded and empathetic. The tiny house is optimally organized and provides the perfect space for a solo traveler or couple. Can’t beat the tranquility of the ranch and privacy afforded by the tree cover. I highly recommend buying eggs and meat from Shanna and Ricardo - any other food you’ll want to bring in or pick up in Corsicana, as there are not a ton of services within a 15-minute drive."
Jake, Boston, MA
"Shanna and Ricardo were excellent hosts. Their casita was immaculate and perfect for the weekend getaway. The property is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for walking, and the farm animals are a lot of fun! (I’m particularly fond of their farm dog, El Guapo 😁). Close enough to Corsicana that you can have the best of both worlds—a country escape and the convenience of a small city—I will definitely be back for more fishing, writing, and relaxation!"
Mauricio, Anderson, SC
"We had a very relaxing getaway with our two kids. Just what we needed! Hosts were super friendly and there dog “Guapo” gave is so much love and company it was hard to leave. Everything was extremely clean and we even got a little bag of goodies. We were able to buy fresh eggs from them that our kids were allowed to pick themselves. All the animals are so fun and look healthy and happy. We hope to stay again!"
